GRID-SIM extends the same engine to India's ~15,000-fatality-per-year electrical workforce — substations, lineman drills and the renewables build-out. GRID-SIM trains the workforce that runs India's energy transition — DISCOM linemen, substation operators, wind-turbine technicians and solar PV crews. Addresses the ~15,000 annual electrocution deaths in India through arc-flash discipline, plus the new wave of distributed-renewable workforces who have never seen a substation, an inverter or a turbine nacelle.
